You may request deletion of personal data held by Pacific Marketing. This includes data connected to a Pacific Marketing account or workspace, subject to any information we must retain for legal, security, or record-keeping reasons.
How to make a request
Email onepig1020@gmail.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
Please include the email address used for the account, the workspace name if known, and a clear description of the data you want deleted.
What happens next
We will confirm receipt of the request, verify the requester's identity and authority, and explain the deletion scope and timing. If you are requesting deletion on behalf of a business, we may ask for confirmation from the workspace owner.
WhatsApp data
For WhatsApp messages and connected business data, we will remove data controlled by our service where applicable. Some information may also be controlled by Meta/WhatsApp and is subject to Meta's own policies and tools.
